Delays on Topanga Canyon Boulevard (SR-27)

Caltrans will close one lane of Topanga Canyon Boulevard (SR-27) to remove loose rocks and debris along slopes on Tuesday, October 4 and Wednesday, October 5, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The work will occur 1.5 miles north of Pacific Coast Highway (SR-1).

Motorists should expect 30 to 45 minute delays and consider alternate routes. Traffic control will be in place. Closures are subject to change.

Rock climbers will ascend slopes to clear rocks and debris that could potentially fall onto the highway during rainy weather.
