Caltrans will intermittently close one direction of Topanga Canyon Boulevard (SR-27) two miles north of Pacific Coast Highway (SR-1) to three miles north of SR-1 to repair guardrail alongside of the highway Saturday, March 2, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Motorists should expect delays. A flagging operation supported by the California Highway Patrol will be in place.
