10/605 Direct Connector Construction Update

If you drive along the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) in Baldwin Park, chances are that you have noticed the work taking place at the San Gabriel River Freeway (I-605) as part of the direct connector project. When completed, the direct connector will reduce commuter delays for motorists merging from southbound I-605 to eastbound I-10 and will consist of a 30-foot wide single lane with left and right shoulders, measuring 4,000 feet in length and 58 feet high at its greatest height. Look for this project to be completed by fall, 2015. Have questions about this project? Follow our Facebook page or contact us via e-mail.
