Late Night Lane Closures on Pacific Coast Highway (SR-1) for Maintenance and Safety Enhancements Projects in LA, Santa Monica and Malibu

Caltrans will close lanes on the Pacific Coast Highway (SR-1) to perform several maintenance and safety enhancement projects.  Motorists should expect delays and consider alternate routes.

Maintenance crews will work at night and early mornings to reduce affects to coastal traffic during warm summer days along the coast.   

Monday, July 11, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Moving lane closures on SR-1 from the McClure Tunnel to Decker Canyon Road (SR-23) to repair delineators. 

Tuesday, July 12, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Full closure of southbound SR-1 at the McClure Tunnel to repair attenuators (crash cushions).

Wednesday, July 13, 2 a.m. to 5 a.m.
Moving closures from the McClure Tunnel to SR-23.

Wednesday, July 13, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
One southbound lane of SR-1 lane closed for guardrail repair near the Bel-Air Bay Club.

Thursday, July 14, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
One lane of northbound SR-1 to install concrete barriers and sand tubs near Corral Canyon Road.

Remember to Be Work Zone Alert.  The CHP will be on duty.
